Highland Beach's only single-family island: a gated enclave of deepwater estates on the Intracoastal Waterway and its canals, entered from Highland Beach Drive off A1A. Every home has dockage behind it and a deeded beach a short walk away, and every home's estimated value is on the 3D map.

Bel Lido Isle occupies the southwest corner of Highland Beach, a man-made island of finger canals opening to the Intracoastal Waterway, with streets named Bel Lido Drive, Tranquility Drive, Intracoastal Drive, Bel Air Drive, Russell Drive and Highland Beach Drive. The county records 91 single-family homes here, from original 1960s and 1970s ranches on about 2,000 square feet to new Mediterranean and contemporary estates of more than 8,000 square feet, built on lots that run from the street to a seawall and private dock.
Homes on Intracoastal Drive and the western ends of Tranquility Drive face the open Intracoastal with no bridges to the Boca Raton Inlet, about three miles south; canal homes on Bel Lido, Bel Air and Tranquility enjoy protected dockage for yachts into the 60-foot range. A deeded beach across A1A at the island's entrance gives residents the ocean as well. Recorded sales over the last two years range from about $2 million for original homes to more than $14 million for new waterfront estates, and the island consistently attracts buyers relocating from New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Canada who want a house and a boat rather than a tower.
Estimated values on this site are each home's 2026 Palm Beach County Property Appraiser market value multiplied by 1.19, the median ratio of sale price to county value across 24 arm's-length Highland Beach single-family sales recorded between October 2024 and July 2026. They are not appraisals; the highest estimate on the island is currently $16.7M.
